Service Validity & Expiration Policy

To ensure the highest level of service and availability for all clients, travel planning services are valid for 12 months from the official planning start date (the date your service fee is received and planning begins).

If a trip has not been confirmed and booked within 12 months of the planning start date, the original planning agreement will expire. Should you wish to resume planning after this period, planning services may be reinstated at the current service fee rate, and a new planning agreement will be required.

This policy allows us to maintain accurate pricing, updated availability, active supplier partnerships, and current destination information while continuing to provide a high-touch, curated planning experience.
